For professionals whose profile undersells their experience
Get your LinkedIn profile past the AI screening bots and onto the shortlist
You applied. You were qualified. You heard nothing. Now picture the other version: a recruiter’s message on Monday morning, an interview booked, your name on the shortlist the panel reviews. Often the difference lies in how your profile words the experience you already have. Start with the line a recruiter reads first: your headline.

Why capable people get passed over
Jobs and Skills Australia calls AI the first gatekeeper in hiring: machines often decide which applicants a recruiter reviews. Clients ask an AI assistant whom to call, too. You have done the work. The trouble is the words.
“Proven track record.” “Results-driven.” “Passionate about outcomes.” The machine finds nothing in them to count, and moves to the next profile.
The next profile says: cut a six-week approval process to nine days across a $4 million program. That person is not better than you. Their profile is easier to shortlist.
How it works

Pick the role you want to be found for, then paste the text of your LinkedIn profile or your CV. No login, no account.
- 2

In under a minute: a score out of 100, the lines that undersell you, quoted in your own words, and three of them rewritten. Free.
- 3
Get the whole profile rewritten
Your headline, About section and three latest roles, as a Word document you complete with your real figures. US$34.95, once.
One minute from now, you will know where you stand
- Your score out of 100, and what to change first.
- How a screen would file you: the identity, seniority and market your wording suggests, and the words that give that impression.
- The lines that undersell you, quoted from your own profile, with the two doing the most damage explained.
- A straight answer: does your profile, as it reads today, make the case for the role you want?
- Three rewrites, written for you, ready to paste.
How the score works
The scan reads your text for the evidence recruiters and screening tools look for: what you did, for whom, at what scale, and with what result. It also checks how clearly your headline and wording signal your field and your level. The score out of 100 measures how much of that evidence your profile states plainly, judged against the same criteria every time.
It is Profile Upgrade’s assessment of the words you paste. It cannot see what a particular employer’s system also weighs, such as your location or your activity on LinkedIn. Use it to decide what to fix first.
Going for a particular job, contract or board seat?
Paste the ad or brief beside your profile. Walk into the application knowing what they really want, where you already deliver it, and the three gaps to close first. Also free.
The full rewrite
Your profile, rewritten to make the shortlist. Score up 15 points or to 90, or your money back.
You know what you bring. Finding the words is the hard part. Your Profile Upgrade writes them from the experience already on your profile, and never invents a figure.

What is in each rewrite
Three headline options; your About section, rewritten around your strongest results; your three most recent roles, rebuilt with outcome lines; your skills ranked for the role you want; what to feature; the five facts to gather, and where to find each; and a recommendation request ready to send. Every rewrite arrives as an editable Word document.
Three rewrites come with every purchase: refine the wording, or aim a fresh version at a particular job or contract. See a complete rewrite, start to finish.
The 15-point guarantee, in full
Run the free scan, paste in your rewrite with the facts it asks for, and scan again. If your score has not risen by at least 15 points, or reached 90, whichever comes first, write to support within 7 days of buying and you get every cent back. In the three example profiles below, scores rose by 26 to 36 points.
The score is Profile Upgrade’s own assessment of the words you paste, judged on the same criteria every time; it is not LinkedIn’s ranking. The guarantee adds to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What it will not do
It will not invent a number, an employer or a result, and it will not inflate your part in the work. Where your profile gives no figure, it leaves a bracketed prompt and tells you where to find the real one, so what you paste stays true. Profile Upgrade keeps no copy of your text.
Three profiles, three verdicts, three rewrites
Each profile below went through the free scan and then the full rewrite. The scores come from the live scan: once before the rewrite, and once after, with the facts the rewrite asked for added.
38 → 68 shortlist readiness, before and after
The scan’s verdict before the rewrite: “The profile lists duties and good intentions but gives no figures, no scale and no outcomes, so neither an AI screener nor a recruiter can judge whether you managed a small depot or a multi-site operation of real consequence.”
Before
Involved in the rollout of a new inventory management system.
After, with the facts added
Helped with the rollout of a new inventory management system across both sites and 60 users, finished on time and on budget; stock accuracy rose from 94% to 99.2%.

42 → 78 shortlist readiness, before and after
The scan’s verdict before the rewrite: “The profile describes activities and claims results without a single figure, named sector example at scale, or concrete outcome, which means an AI assistant has no evidence to rank you against other consultants making similar claims.”
Before
Developed strategic plans and change roadmaps for multiple clients.
After, with the facts added
Developed strategic plans and change roadmaps for 23 clients, including a disability services provider that grew its funded services by 40% in two years.

32 → 58 shortlist readiness, before and after
The scan’s verdict before the rewrite: “The profile currently offers one unexplained portfolio project and one vague mention of ‘involvement’ in a platform redesign as the entire case for hiring you as a UX designer, which is not enough detail for a screener or recruiter to assess capability.”
Before
Involved in redesigning the school’s online learning platform.
After, with the facts added
Helped with the redesign of the school’s online learning platform, using contextual interviews and card sorting with 12 teachers and 30 students; help-desk requests fell by about half in the first term.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just ask ChatGPT?
ChatGPT will rewrite whatever you give it. It has no standard to rewrite against, and no way to show you the rewrite worked. Profile Upgrade scores your whole profile out of 100 against what screening software and recruiters look for in the role you choose, rewrites it, and lets you scan again to see the rise.
It also keeps your profile true. Where a figure is missing, it asks you for the real one; a chatbot asked to improve a profile tends to turn “involved in” into “led”. Hiring managers notice: in a February 2026 Harris Poll, 86% of US hiring managers said AI makes it too easy to exaggerate skills on a resume.
Is the scan really free?
Yes. The profile scan and the job match are free, with no account and no card, up to six a day. You pay only if you want the whole profile rewritten, and then only once.
How is Profile Upgrade different from Jobscan, Resume Worded or Careerflow?
Those are capable tools, built around monthly subscriptions: they score your profile, give you a checklist, and help you rewrite it line by line. Profile Upgrade is one payment of US$34.95 for three complete rewrites of your headline, About section and three latest roles, delivered as a Word document. It never invents a figure or inflates your part in the work, and your score rises 15 points, or reaches 90, whichever comes first, or your money back.
What if my score does not rise?
Write to support within 7 days of buying. Your rewrite records the score of the profile you gave it, and Profile Upgrade compares that score with your scans after you paste the rewrite in. If your score has not risen by at least 15 points, or reached 90, whichever comes first, once you have added the facts the rewrite asks for, you get every cent back. The guarantee adds to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Is my profile text stored?
Profile Upgrade keeps no copy and creates no account. Your text goes to Anthropic, the analysis service, to write your report; Anthropic deletes it within 30 days and does not use it to train its models.
While you work, your text stays in your own browser tab, so a trip to checkout and back loses nothing. Closing the tab clears it, and so does the button below. If you ask for a report by email, Profile Upgrade keeps your first name and email address so it can send it; nothing else. The privacy policy has the full detail.
Does the tool invent figures for me?
No, and that is deliberate. Where your profile gives no number, your Profile Upgrade puts a bracketed prompt in its place and tells you where to find the real figure. What you paste into LinkedIn stays true.
Is AI screening really used in Australia?
Yes. Jobs and Skills Australia described AI this year as the first gatekeeper in hiring, and wrote that machines often decide which applicants a recruiter reviews. LinkedIn’s own recruiter tool, Hiring Assistant, evaluates applicants against a recruiter’s criteria and surfaces the strongest for review.
How is this different from LinkedIn's own AI writing help?
LinkedIn's assistant polishes prose for a human reader. Profile Upgrade reads your profile for the evidence a screen looks for, and tells you what is missing. Different reader, different fix.
Does it work on a CV as well?
Yes. Paste the CV text in place of the profile; AI screening reads a CV for the same four things, so the score, the marked lines and the rewrites apply just as they do to a profile. The paid rewrite comes in LinkedIn's shape, and its About and role sections drop straight into a CV's summary and experience sections.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. LinkedIn’s app makes copying a whole profile awkward, so on a phone paste your CV text instead; the scan reads it the same way. On a computer, open your profile, click More, then Save to PDF, and copy the text from the PDF.
I am outside Australia. Does it apply to me?
Yes. A recruiter in London, Singapore or Sydney looks for the same evidence: what you did, for whom, at what scale, and with what result. The price is US$34.95 everywhere except Australia, where it is A$49. Both prices include any tax.
What do I get for US$34.95?
Three rewrites. Each produces a Word document: three headline options, your About section rewritten, your three most recent roles rebuilt with outcome lines, your skills ranked for the role you want, what to feature, the five facts to gather, and a ready-to-send recommendation request.
