Who runs Profile Upgrade

Philippe Foubert, trading as Profile Upgrade, a registered business name (ABN 22 760 848 460), Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. For any question, use the support page or write to support@profileupgradeapp.com; you will have a reply within two business days.

What you are buying

The scan and the brief match are free. The Profile Upgrade costs US$34.95, or A$49 in Australia, including any tax, and gives you three rewrites. Each produces a rewrite of your LinkedIn profile or CV, shown on screen and delivered as a Word document. It is advice drawn from the text you provide. It does not guarantee that any recruiter, client or screening tool will shortlist you, and it never invents facts about your career: where a figure is missing, it asks you to supply your own.

The score guarantee

If, within 7 days of buying, your scan score has not risen by at least 15 points, or reached 90, whichever comes first, after you paste in your rewrite and add the facts it asks for, Profile Upgrade refunds your purchase in full. Profile Upgrade compares the score recorded when you ran your rewrite with your scans after it. To claim, write through the support page. This guarantee adds to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment

Stripe runs checkout through its managed payments service. Stripe’s Link service sells the Profile Upgrade to you as the merchant of record, so your checkout page and receipt read “Sold through Link”; it collects any tax due, and handles refunds and disputes under its own terms. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach Profile Upgrade. After you pay, you receive an access link by email; it opens your Profile Upgrade on any device.

Your information

Profile Upgrade keeps no copy of the text you paste. The privacy policy sets out what it does collect, why, who handles it, and how you can see, correct or delete it.

Fair use

The free tools allow six scans a day per visitor. Please use them for your own profile, or for a client’s with their permission.
